Program Description
A Day to Be Brave is a virtual immersive, story-based student experience built around the nationally celebrated book The Bravest Worrier. Designed with social-emotional learning at its core, the program helps students understand worry and anxiety as manageable experiences rather than defining traits. Through engaging storytelling, interactive dialogue, and multi-sensory props that externalize and “shrink” worry, students practice courage, perspective, and self-regulation in real time. The experience is enhanced by innovative 3D technology that brings the story to life, deepening comprehension and emotional connection. Students leave with practical language and tools to navigate challenges, build resilience, and make brave choices both in and out of the classroom.
