Program Description
Nadine Haruni offers author visits for students in pre-K through high school. She is author of the fantasy-adventure series "The Hat Diaries" and of the "Freeda the Frog" children’s book series. All her books address various social-emotional learning topics and have won Readers’ Favorite 5-star reviews. Author Visits are tailored to meet school needs. They typically include age-appropriate career guidance for aspiring writers, and motivation to read, write, and persevere in one's chosen life direction. They include fun, age-appropriate slides to engage kids. Author visits can be delivered at a class or grade-specific level, geared to an existing curriculum, or be the basis for a lesson plan. They can be part of a school-wide reading day, book fair, special event, or regular school assembly.
