Program Description
In this interactive drama and workshop, students will see a short performance about friendship and explore the world they live in through live theatre. Through drama conventions and role play, this program fosters empathy building, teaches how to combat bullying and builds emotional regulation skills, conflict management as well as socio-emotional skills. Teaching artists will guide the students through stepping in and out of different roles while having them reflect on the story they are seeing unfold before them. This program is a great way to support critical thinking skills in the outside classroom.
