Program Description
No price increase for 25-26! Discover the secret life of musical instruments in this fun, educational and participatory program! Build-a-Band combines music, science and the environment as we show students how to build simple but great-sounding instruments from reused/repurposed materials. Each instrument teaches lessons on the physics of sound, instrument construction and engineering. Plus we’ll trace back each of the trash components of our instruments to reveal where it came from… and where it goes afterwards. We finish with a musical extravaganza in which everyone becomes an instrument! $2,310/1 show; $2,625/2 back-to-back shows; $3,220/3 shows
