Award winning author Steve 'the Dirtmeister' Tomecek explores the history of flight while introducing students to methods non-fiction writers use to develop their books.
Through a series of dynamic demonstrations, Steve engages students with the stories behind some of the great successes and tragic failures in the history of flight. Drawing on his books "Wing-It, Moon" and "What a Great Idea," he encourages students to expand their own private universe by reading and writing non-fiction stories.
