Program Description
Art For the Sky is about teaching everyone the importance of developing a new relationship with the sky. This is accomplished through the creation of a giant living paining made of the stuents and staff out on the school's playing field. The image only makes sense from the sky. The program incorporates Six Teachings: Gratitude, Collaboration, Interconnection, intention, impermanence and Skysight. There is an opening assembly, the event itself and a closing assembly. Total student/teacher time required is approximately 100 minutes.
