Accomplished Author, poet, singer who not only possesses remarkable artistic talents but also exhibits a strong commitment to education. Through a captivating power-point presentation Linda introduces herself to the audience intertwining her journey as an author. In her engaging presentation, Linda reads excerpts from her books, Amazing Annabelle and/or Daring David. As she brings the scenes to life she strategically incorporates opportunities for the students to develop essential social-emotional skills through thought provoking situations and challenges posed in the stories. Students are encouraged to explore problem solving techniques. Moreover Linda's interactive approach includes role playing activities where she invites enthusiastic volunteers from the audience to actively participate in bringing the characters and storylines to life. In conclusion, Linda's visit promises a unique and impactful learning experience that blends her artistic expertise with educational objectives. Linda empowers students to develop not only as appreciators of art but also as well rounded students equipped with the social-emotional and problem solving skills vital for future success.
