Program Description
Beautiful as we Are is a spirited mindful movement workshop of self-empowerment and self-love. Combining the freedom of dance movement , music and mindfulness strategies, along with safe self - expression and positive thinking enabling the student to embrace their own beauty and uniqueness. Together we will move freely letting go, removing any limiting thoughts or feelings thay may keep the student feeling stuck or lost. Safely shifting their mindset, allowing positive energy to flow through their bodies bringing them to own their limitless power with confidence and trust. Ultimately embodying the knowing that they are truly "Beautiful as they Are ". I will supply the students with tips and tools to help them navigate through challenging situations in their life both in and out of the classroom setting. We we will work with Visualization techniques and the art of journaling ones feelings. Fun exercises to instill happiness. This workshop is designed to create an experience that fosters strong confidence in the student while supporting their social emotional development. This program is designed to meet the needs of each specific grade level.This material offers numerous benefits including reducing stress and anxiety, improving self-esteem, enhancing focus focus and concentration. Promoting a sense of confidence in the student creating strong young leaders.
