Arrange music for the members of the percussion section & coordinate rehearsals to ensure an educational atmosphere is always present. Build & establish fundamental techniques for drummers & mallet percussionists in order for them to perform at a high level. Assist in designing the yearly program & pushing the artistic standard for the students.
