Mental health and wellness has been a challenge for all students, families and the entire school community. Anxiety, stress and disconnect have invaded our once stable lives. Take a ride on the journey of one educators experience advocating for mental health. Listen to his story of an extreme mental and physical challenge and how it changed his perspective about wellness, human contact and resilience . Learn how each of us are never alone in our challenges and obstacles. The You Will Not walk Alone initiative was a huge first step in creating understanding, compassion and awareness for all.
