Edna was well-received by the students. She was extremely professional and very knowledgeable and helpful overall to the students and P.E. staff. She engaged the students during their 40 minute lesson time and shared with them breathing techniques which were very well received. Students have been using these techniques not only in the gym but classrooms and on their own as well. Students still share with me that they have been "bear breathing" to reduce stress and anxiety in certain situations. It is wonderful to see that students of all ages really took away from her presence in our gym. She was a pleasure to have in our school.
