It was a wonderful 45 minute program. The children were engaged with the magic show in the beginning. They listened to the importance of the food groups and the presenter gave the children examples of each food group and what part of the body they especially helped. He spoke about the importance of an hour of exercise a day even while watching television. At the end of the program, the children followed his lead and did the exercises with him that he recommended.
