I am a parent at Slocum that organized this program to come to our 4th grade classrooms. I had the opportunity to see the presentation which I thought was educational and engaging for the children. I have twin boys in 4th grade and both stated that they enjoyed the presentation and making of the model shark tooth. Both children were able to give in detail their favorite part of the presentation, which was learning about pirates from Long Island and Teddy Roosevelt. I would definitely recommend this program.
