Describe the way(s) this program impacts your students learning and how this arts experience correlates with your curriculum: |

This program correlates with our S.S. curriculum, the history of New York. I feel the program benefited my students by giving them an overall view of how Long Island was formed and the events that took place. It also gave them an introduction to the American Revolution, which we will study next, and how it impacted Long Island. The students also loved making the shark tooth and drawing on it.
