The program introduces students to art of a different culture that they have not been exposed to before. Mr. Pitkin does it in such a way that the students enjoy learning through process, instead of focusing on product. Unanimously, this is one of their favorite and most memorable, art experiences of the year.

I have had Mr. Pitkin come to my classroom for 6 years and each year I see that he has developed and fine-tuned his program to make it even better. He adjusts the program for each individual class that he teaches, meeting the needs of the educational diversity of the class.
