This was an interactive experience that allowed the students to "go back in time" to live in the moment of the Middle Ages. The students were engaged and interested in seeing all that they read and heard about. This kinesthetic activity allowed the students to use every sense, including eating with their hands, seeing and differentiating between the knights and squires and even, smelling the horses!
