Describe the way(s) this program impacts your students learning and how this arts experience correlates with your curriculum: |
This program directly correlates with our social studies and science curriculum for fourth grade. Right now the students have been learning about the 13 colonies' culture, government, geography, people, and overall way of life. They have also been learning about simple machines. They were able to make meaningful connections to prior learning as they participated in the four stations at Blydenburgh Park.
