This arts program reinforced our curriculum study of the continent of Australia and the Aboriginal people. Through this experience, students gained a deeper understanding of Aboriginal culture, traditions, and artistic expression. The hands-on learning helped students make meaningful connections to our social studies curriculum while increasing engagement and appreciation for diverse cultures.
