Nationally-renowned speaker Fran Kick came to Longwood High School to present a session on student leadership. Widely known in the music education and marching band circles, students from our student government and other activities participated as well. With a mantra of "You don't need a title to be a leader", students learned that there are many ways to look at an issue, to understand non-verbal communication, teamwork, reliability, listening, and focus.
