Describe the way(s) this program impacts your students learning and how this arts experience correlates with your curriculum:

Students were talking about going to find books on magic just like the presenter did when he was younger. They were amazed by his closing act so they wanted to find out how he was able to do it. They knew that the mind was very powerful but they didn't realize that it was able to make the body do many things.

Additional comments:

Even though this program did not offer teacher prep material it was very entertaining. The children enjoyed it immensely. I would recommend it to any school that is looking for an end of the year assembly. James held the students attention for the entire assembly. He engages the students to think as well as have them participate in his act. A good time was had by all.
