Describe the way(s) this program impacts your students learning and how this arts experience correlates with your curriculum: |
This experience directly relates to the students on Long Island, New York, or any student learning the history of the country specifically during Colonial times. Students not only reviewed information they were learning in class, but also understood survival and life skills of people during that time which was modeled through hands on activities.
