In the age of COVID-19, this was an ingenious way to teach the kids the choreography. Links provided to the kids allowed them to practice at home. Jeanine made herself available at any time to the kids via text to answer their questions. In addition, she would also make in-person visits to evaluate their work.

Suggestions to artists for improvements: |

There is no substitute for in-person learning, so more in-person would have been of course better, but as said before....in the time of COVID.... Jeanine has done a masterful job of combining the virtual and in-person learning. I can't compliment her enough.
