Would you recommend this program to other school districts? |

Describe the way(s) this program impacts your students learning and how this arts experience correlates with your curriculum: |
In 4th grade we study Native Americans of New York. Bob Vetter and his associates have lived on a reservation in Oklahoma and have been adopted into an actual Native American tribe. Their experiences are authentic and, due to the pandemic, they have video-taped much of the program that they usually bring to schools. The videos are packed with information on government, family, pottery, hunting, etc. and artifacts are shown and explained. There is additional lesson material that teachers can print out to use in the classroom.

Suggestions to artists for improvements: |
|
No suggestions, just a wish for the program to be brought back in to the schools once the pandemic is no longer a problem!
